太极拳是中国传统文化中一颗璀璨的明珠。

    太极拳运动以其独特的运动方式、科学的健身机理、“天人合一”的拳理以及深厚的文化底蕴而蜚声国内外,具有很高的健身价值、文化价值和社会价值。

    太极与健康一直备受人们关注。太极拳的健身机理具有坚实的科学基础,经常锻炼具有增强体质、防止疾病、延年益寿的功效,是中国传统养生、医疗、保健运动方法的典范,也是21世纪全球养生保健的重要法宝之一。

    太极拳是一种意识、动作与呼吸三者紧密结合的有氧运动形式。外形上表现为洒脱凝重、轻灵稳定、舒展大方、圆润柔和、均匀缓慢而绵绵不断,而内在又兼以“心静神聚”、“用意而不用力”的意识活动和呼吸运动。因此,太极拳可以说是一种“意动形随”、“内外合一”、“动静平衡”的体育运动,它适合任何年龄层的人。

    太极内容丰富多彩,太极拳系列有24式、42式、48式、传统套路、自选套路等;太极剑系列有32式、42式、自选套路等;还有杨式、陈式、孙氏、吴式及武式等各种风格的太极拳。

    太极堂将以“弘扬优秀文化,促进人类健康”为宗旨,陆续推出各式太极拳、剑教学,欢迎广大太极爱好者的加入。

 

Tai Ji Quan is one of the principal branches of the Chinese martial arts (wushu). In recent years, a wushu craze has come into being with the rapid popularization of Chinese martial arts. As a result of this great fervor, the health-building and restorative values of Tai Ji Quan have been recognized all over the world. As more and more people learn Tai Ji Quan, its international influence is becoming increasingly great. Tai Ji Quan , a valuable traditional Chinese exercise, will certainly be widely spread and bring benefit to mankind.

A deeper understanding of Tai Ji Quan's health-building and restorative effects is now available. Through exercising themselves in Tai Ji Quan, sedentary people can build up their level of fitness, and patients suffering from chronic diseases can improve their physical health and thus extricate themselves from long-term suffering. Tai Ji Quan can also be of benefit to the restoration of health after patients are cured of their illnesses. In addition, Tai Ji Quan is conducive to self cultivation, as well as strong physique because by regular practice, practitioners can mold their temperament and foster positive personal qualities such as calmness, sobriety, restraint of impetuosity and anger.

Tai Ji Quan has substantial content, like 24 Movements, 42 Movements, 48 Movements, and 32 Movements Taiji-swordplay, 42 Movements Taiji-swordplay, with several schools such as Yang Style, Chen Style, Sun Style, Wu Style, and multitudinous simplified or newly-composed series based on the older styles.

开设课程Curriculum

 1、太极拳初级班:太极基本功、24式太极拳

         Elementary class Basic skills of Tai Ji Quan, 24 Movements Tai Ji Quan

 2、太极拳中级班:42式太极拳

   Intermediate class:  42 Movements Tai Ji Quan

课程设置Course Arrangement:

    每期2个月: 2次∕周,1.5小时∕次,共16次课

          Two times every week,  1.5 hours each time,  16 classes altogether

上课时间Time of Class:

    1)每周二   On Wednesday  1900 2030

         每周六     On Sunday          830 1000

      2)每周三  On Friday             1900 2030

         每周日  On Sunday      830 1000

收费标准Charging Criteria

     480元∕人 (每班限25人) (25 students each class)
